November Election
IF you are not registered to vote,
Get off your arse and get registered - TODAY!
Then come November, VOTE.
You may think there is little difference between Obama and McCain,
BUT
there will be other offices up for election in November, not just President of the United States,
we have a Congress to elect -
the folks who actually write our laws,
the folks who actually decide how much we will pay in taxes.
VOTE and have your say on who will write our laws.
There will be state and local offices on the ballot -
VOTE and have your say on who makes your local laws and sets your local tax rates.
IF you are a citizen of the United States, and
IF you are not registered to vote,
Get off your arse and get registered - TODAY!
Then come November, VOTE.
President Bush Addresses the Israeli Knesset
May 15th, 2008
President Peres and Mr. Prime Minister, Madam Speaker, thank very much for hosting this special session. President Beinish, Leader of the Opposition Netanyahu, Ministers, members of the Knesset, distinguished guests: Shalom. Laura and I are thrilled to be back in Israel. We have been deeply moved by the celebrations of the past two days. And this afternoon, I am honored to stand before one of the world's great democratic assemblies and convey the wishes of the American people with these words: Yom Ha'atzmaut Sameach.
It is a rare privilege for the American President to speak to the Knesset. Although the Prime Minister told me there is something even rarer -- to have just one person in this chamber speaking at a time. My only regret is that one of Israel's greatest leaders is not here to share this moment. He is a warrior for the ages, a man of peace, a friend. The prayers of the American people are with Ariel Sharon.
We gather to mark a momentous occasion. Sixty years ago in Tel Aviv, David Ben-Gurion proclaimed Israel's independence, founded on the "natural right of the Jewish people to be masters of their own fate." What followed was more than the establishment of a new country. It was the redemption of an ancient promise given to Abraham and Moses and David -- a homeland for the chosen people Eretz Yisrael.
Eleven minutes later, on the orders of President Harry Truman, the United States was proud to be the first nation to recognize Israel's independence. And on this landmark anniversary, America is proud to be Israel's closest ally and best friend in the world.
The alliance between our governments is unbreakable, yet the source of our friendship runs deeper than any treaty. It is grounded in the shared spirit of our people, the bonds of the Book, the ties of the soul. When William Bradford stepped off the Mayflower in 1620, he quoted the words of Jeremiah: "Come let us declare in Zion the word of God." The founders of my country saw a new promised land and bestowed upon their towns names like Bethlehem and New Canaan. And in time, many Americans became passionate advocates for a Jewish state.
Centuries of suffering and sacrifice would pass before the dream was fulfilled. The Jewish people endured the agony of the pogroms, the tragedy of the Great War, and the horror of the Holocaust -- what Elie Wiesel called "the kingdom of the night." Soulless men took away lives and broke apart families. Yet they could not take away the spirit of the Jewish people, and they could not break the promise of God. When news of Israel's freedom finally arrived, Golda Meir, a fearless woman raised in Wisconsin, could summon only tears. She later said: "For two thousand years we have waited for our deliverance. Now that it is here it is so great and wonderful that it surpasses human words."
The joy of independence was tempered by the outbreak of battle, a struggle that has continued for six decades. Yet in spite of the violence, in defiance of the threats, Israel has built a thriving democracy in the heart of the Holy Land. You have welcomed immigrants from the four corners of the Earth. You have forged a free and modern society based on the love of liberty, a passion for justice, and a respect for human dignity. You have worked tirelessly for peace. You have fought valiantly for freedom.
My country's admiration for Israel does not end there. When Americans look at Israel, we see a pioneer spirit that worked an agricultural miracle and now leads a high-tech revolution. We see world-class universities and a global leader in business and innovation and the arts. We see a resource more valuable than oil or gold: the talent and determination of a free people who refuse to let any obstacle stand in the way of their destiny.
I have been fortunate to see the character of Israel up close. I have touched the Western Wall, seen the sun reflected in the Sea of Galilee, I have prayed at Yad Vashem. And earlier today, I visited Masada, an inspiring monument to courage and sacrifice. At this historic site, Israeli soldiers swear an oath: "Masada shall never fall again." Citizens of Israel: Masada shall never fall again, and America will be at your side.
This anniversary is a time to reflect on the past. It's also an opportunity to look to the future. As we go forward, our alliance will be guided by clear principles -- shared convictions rooted in moral clarity and unswayed by popularity polls or the shifting opinions of international elites.
We believe in the matchless value of every man, woman, and child. So we insist that the people of Israel have the right to a decent, normal, and peaceful life, just like the citizens of every other nation.
We believe that democracy is the only way to ensure human rights. So we consider it a source of shame that the United Nations routinely passes more human rights resolutions against the freest democracy in the Middle East than any other nation in the world.
We believe that religious liberty is fundamental to a civilized society. So we condemn anti-Semitism in all forms -- whether by those who openly question Israel's right to exist, or by others who quietly excuse them.
We believe that free people should strive and sacrifice for peace. So we applaud the courageous choices Israeli's leaders have made. We also believe that nations have a right to defend themselves and that no nation should ever be forced to negotiate with killers pledged to its destruction.
We believe that targeting innocent lives to achieve political objectives is always and everywhere wrong. So we stand together against terror and extremism, and we will never let down our guard or lose our resolve.
The fight against terror and extremism is the defining challenge of our time. It is more than a clash of arms. It is a clash of visions, a great ideological struggle. On the one side are those who defend the ideals of justice and dignity with the power of reason and truth. On the other side are those who pursue a narrow vision of cruelty and control by committing murder, inciting fear, and spreading lies.
This struggle is waged with the technology of the 21st century, but at its core it is an ancient battle between good and evil. The killers claim the mantle of Islam, but they are not religious men. No one who prays to the God of Abraham could strap a suicide vest to an innocent child, or blow up guiltless guests at a Passover Seder, or fly planes into office buildings filled with unsuspecting workers. In truth, the men who carry out these savage acts serve no higher goal than their own desire for power. They accept no God before themselves. And they reserve a special hatred for the most ardent defenders of liberty, including Americans and Israelis.
And that is why the founding charter of Hamas calls for the "elimination" of Israel. And that is why the followers of Hezbollah chant "Death to Israel, Death to America!" That is why Osama bin Laden teaches that "the killing of Jews and Americans is one of the biggest duties." And that is why the President of Iran dreams of returning the Middle East to the Middle Ages and calls for Israel to be wiped off the map.
There are good and decent people who cannot fathom the darkness in these men and try to explain away their words. It's natural, but it is deadly wrong. As witnesses to evil in the past, we carry a solemn responsibility to take these words seriously. Jews and Americans have seen the consequences of disregarding the words of leaders who espouse hatred. And that is a mistake the world must not repeat in the 21st century.
Some seem to believe that we should negotiate with the terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along. We have heard this foolish delusion before. As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: "Lord, if I could only have talked to Hitler, all this might have been avoided." We have an obligation to call this what it is -- the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history.
Some people suggest if the United States would just break ties with Israel, all our problems in the Middle East would go away. This is a tired argument that buys into the propaganda of the enemies of peace, and America utterly rejects it. Israel's population may be just over 7 million. But when you confront terror and evil, you are 307 million strong, because the United States of America stands with you.
America stands with you in breaking up terrorist networks and denying the extremists sanctuary. America stands with you in firmly opposing Iran's nuclear weapons ambitions. Permitting the world's leading sponsor of terror to possess the world's deadliest weapons would be an unforgivable betrayal for future generations. For the sake of peace, the world must not allow Iran to have a nuclear weapon.
Ultimately, to prevail in this struggle, we must offer an alternative to the ideology of the extremists by extending our vision of justice and tolerance and freedom and hope. These values are the self-evident right of all people, of all religions, in all the world because they are a gift from the Almighty God. Securing these rights is also the surest way to secure peace. Leaders who are accountable to their people will not pursue endless confrontation and bloodshed. Young people with a place in their society and a voice in their future are less likely to search for meaning in radicalism. Societies where citizens can express their conscience and worship their God will not export violence, they will be partners in peace.
The fundamental insight, that freedom yields peace, is the great lesson of the 20th century. Now our task is to apply it to the 21st. Nowhere is this work more urgent than here in the Middle East. We must stand with the reformers working to break the old patterns of tyranny and despair. We must give voice to millions of ordinary people who dream of a better life in a free society. We must confront the moral relativism that views all forms of government as equally acceptable and thereby consigns whole societies to slavery. Above all, we must have faith in our values and ourselves and confidently pursue the expansion of liberty as the path to a peaceful future.
That future will be a dramatic departure from the Middle East of today. So as we mark 60 years from Israel's founding, let us try to envision the region 60 years from now. This vision is not going to arrive easily or overnight; it will encounter violent resistance. But if we and future Presidents and future Knessets maintain our resolve and have faith in our ideals, here is the Middle East that we can see:
Israel will be celebrating the 120th anniversary as one of the world's great democracies, a secure and flourishing homeland for the Jewish people. The Palestinian people will have the homeland they have long dreamed of and deserved -- a democratic state that is governed by law, and respects human rights, and rejects terror. From Cairo to Riyadh to Baghdad and Beirut, people will live in free and independent societies, where a desire for peace is reinforced by ties of diplomacy and tourism and trade. Iran and Syria will be peaceful nations, with today's oppression a distant memory and where people are free to speak their minds and develop their God-given talents. Al Qaeda and Hezbollah and Hamas will be defeated, as Muslims across the region recognize the emptiness of the terrorists' vision and the injustice of their cause.
Overall, the Middle East will be characterized by a new period of tolerance and integration. And this doesn't mean that Israel and its neighbors will be best of friends. But when leaders across the region answer to their people, they will focus their energies on schools and jobs, not on rocket attacks and suicide bombings. With this change, Israel will open a new hopeful chapter in which its people can live a normal life, and the dream of Herzl and the founders of 1948 can be fully and finally realized.
This is a bold vision, and some will say it can never be achieved. But think about what we have witnessed in our own time. When Europe was destroying itself through total war and genocide, it was difficult to envision a continent that six decades later would be free and at peace. When Japanese pilots were flying suicide missions into American battleships, it seemed impossible that six decades later Japan would be a democracy, a lynchpin of security in Asia, and one of America's closest friends. And when waves of refugees arrived here in the desert with nothing, surrounded by hostile armies, it was almost unimaginable that Israel would grow into one of the freest and most successful nations on the earth.
Yet each one of these transformations took place. And a future of transformation is possible in the Middle East, so long as a new generation of leaders has the courage to defeat the enemies of freedom, to make the hard choices necessary for peace, and stand firm on the solid rock of universal values.
Sixty years ago, on the eve of Israel's independence, the last British soldiers departing Jerusalem stopped at a building in the Jewish quarter of the Old City. An officer knocked on the door and met a senior rabbi. The officer presented him with a short iron bar -- the key to the Zion Gate -- and said it was the first time in 18 centuries that a key to the gates of Jerusalem had belonged to a Jew. His hands trembling, the rabbi offered a prayer of thanksgiving to God, "Who had granted us life and permitted us to reach this day." Then he turned to the officer, and uttered the words Jews had awaited for so long: "I accept this key in the name of my people."
Over the past six decades, the Jewish people have established a state that would make that humble rabbi proud. You have raised a modern society in the Promised Land, a light unto the nations that preserves the legacy of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob. And you have built a mighty democracy that will endure forever and can always count on the United States of America to be at your side. God bless.

Obama and Appeasement
Geo. W. Bush, 5/15/08
Barack Hussein Obama wants to have talks with Iran, without preconditions.
Sen. Obama wants to appease terrorists and their sponsors.
President Bush has nailed him and the surrender first Democrats (Pelosi, Reid).
Moslems want to kill.
Islam is the religion of death.
Islam praises those who kill innocent men, women and children.
Moslems attack shopping centers, they do not care who they kill as long as they kill somebody.

Democrats
A narrow win in Indiana vs a big loss in North Carolina, the filly loses the derby.
The only question that remains is: Will the party shoot the filly or will the filly shoot the party?
Senator Clinton's only chance now is getting the Michigan (oops, I forgot to remove my name.) and Florida (oops, CNN ran that ad nationally.) delegates seated at the convention.
Because the media will return to ignoring Senator Barack Hussein Obama's ties to Islam -- oops I mean his ties to the Muslim-- oops, I meant former Muslim, Rev. Wright.
So, the Democrats have chosen an inexperienced candidate who Hamas wants elected President.
But, then their other choice was an inexperienced candidate who is married to an impeached and disbarred former President.
Question: Will America be better off with a lawyer as President or with a former Naval Officer, who refused special treatment from his captors and endured torture instead?
Me, I'll take the former Naval Officer, who is a liberal Republican vs a lawyer.

Sailors Creed
Blah, blah, blahI am a United States Sailor, and a Warrior first. I fight under the Red, White and Blue of my Fathers and descend from the line of Jones, Decatur and Perry. In my ears rings “I have not yet begun to fight” and “Don’t give up the ship”, and in my veins flows Fire and Gunpowder.
I will master my profession and demand that my fellow Sailors master theirs. I will follow when led, and lead when able. I will place nothing above the welfare of my fellow Sailors, save my Mission, and no matter what my ship, squadron, station or watch, I will help deliver Defeat to the Enemy.
With Honor in my deeds, Courage in my heart, and Commitment in my hands, I will do my duty until Victory is in hand and Liberty is secure.
"Damn the torpedoes, Full Speed Ahead!"
Is more to the point.

3rd ID exceeds reenlistment goals
The 3rd Infantry Division, headquartered at Fort Stewart, Ga.,
completed its fiscal year 2008 retention goal in less than six months,
which most view as a phenomenal act.
This is unprecedented according to the division’s retention sergeant
major. “I’ve been in this career field for 16 years, and I’ve never
known of a division to meet its goal in such a short time,” said Sgt.
Maj. Kelvin Raibon, the 3rd Infantry Division Retention sergeant major.
This is the division’s third deployment to Iraq since 2003, but its
high operational tempo did not stop 4,000 Soldiers from re-enlisting.
Even more troops will follow their lead, and by the end of March one
battalion with the 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, out of Fort Benning,
Ga., will have met its retention goal twice.
The 1st Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment is four Soldiers away from retaining 200 percent of its goal.
These Soldiers are working together to defend their nation. This is
why they joined and why they re-enlisted, said Sgt. 1st Class Thomas
Olson, 3rd HBCT senior career counselor.
The 3rd Infantry Division, which is currently the headquarters for
Multi-National Division – Center in southwest Baghdad, arrived in
theater as part of the Surge. Its Soldiers are serving a 15-month
deployment with the combat mission to stop insurgents from bringing
bomb-making materials into Baghdad. Within the year, Soldiers have
secured most areas, and have begun working closely with the Iraqi
Security Forces and tribal leaders to build the economy and make life
better for its citizens.

Our soldiers in Iraq know they are making a difference -- and they want to continue to be a positive force in the world.

Religion of Peace, my arse V---UPDATED
UPDATE: 3/31/08 - LiveLeak.com has restored "Fitna". LiveLeak is the best hosting service on the web.
statement posted on Liveleak.com concerning the movie "Fitna"
Following threats to our staff of a very serious
nature, and some ill informed reports from certain corners of the
British media that could directly lead to the harm of some of our
staff, Liveleak.com has been left with no other choice but to remove
Fitna from our servers.
This is a sad day for freedom of speech
on the net but we have to place the safety and well being of our staff
above all else. We would like to thank the thousands of people, from
all backgrounds and religions, who gave us their support. They realised
LiveLeak.com is a vehicle for many opinions and not just for the
support of one.
Perhaps there is still hope that this situation may produce a
discussion that could benefit and educate all of us as to how we can
accept one anothers culture.
We stood for what we believe in, the ability to be heard, but in the end the price was too high.

Challenge to Conservatives
Name your US Senators:
Mine are Chambliss and Isakson.
If a one of your Senators is up for re-election, Will you vote for them and Why? Name the challenger if you will not vote to re-elect your Senator.
Senator Chambliss is up for re-election. I will vote for him because he is a solid Republican Senator, opposed to amnesty for illegals, strong on defense.
Name your Congressman (or Congresswoman):
Mine is Tom Price.
Will you vote to return him (her) to Congress, Why or Why not?
Yes, I want to return Tom Price to Congress. He is a solid conservative Republican.
Remember there are more offices besides the Oval Office to be filled in November.
Please tell your readers to vote in November. The down ballot offices are important.
All three of the Presidential candidates favor open borders, our only hope is blocking them in the House of Representatives.
The new President will likely appoint one maybe two new Supreme Court Justices (Stevens and Ginsberg are old). We must keep enough Senators (at least 40) to be able to moderate these lifetime appointments.
Our only hope for blocking tax increases is in the House of Representatives and with 40 Senators to filibuster the increases, remember the 'Bush Tax Cuts' expire in 2010.

An Open Leter to the Democratic Party
"We, African American citizens of the United States, declare and assert:
Whereas
in the early 1600's 20 African men and women were landed in Virginia
from a Dutch ship as slaves and from that tiny seed grew the poisoned
fruit of plantation slavery which shaped the course of American
development,
Whereas reconciliation and healing always begin with an apology and an effort to repay those who have been wronged,
Whereas
the Democratic Party has never apologized for their horrific atrocities
and racist practices committed against African Americans during the
past two hundred years, nor for the residual impact that those
atrocities and practices and current soft bigotry of low expectations
are having on us today,
Whereas the Democratic Party fought to
expand slavery and, after the Civil War, established Jim Crow Laws,
Black Codes and other repressive legislation that were designed to
disenfranchise African Americans,
Whereas the Ku Klux Klan was
the terrorist arm of the Democratic Party, and their primary goal was
to intimidate and terrorize African American voters, Republicans who
moved South to protect African Americans and any other whites who
supported them,
Whereas, according to leading historians (both
black and white), the horrific atrocities committed against African
Americans during slavery and Reconstruction were financed, sponsored,
and promoted by the Democratic Party and their Ku Klux Klan supporters,
Whereas from 1870 to 1930, in an effort to deny African
Americans their civil rights and to keep African Americans from voting
Republican, thousands of African Americans were shot, beaten, lynched,
mutilated, and burned to death by Ku Klux Klan terrorists from the
Democratic Party,
Whereas Democratic Presidents Franklin D.
Roosevelt and Harry Truman rejected anti-lynching laws and efforts to
establish a permanent Civil Rights Commission,
Whereas the
Democratic party has used racist demagoguery to deceive African
Americans about the history of the Republican Party that:
(a) started
as the anti-slavery party in 1854,
(b) fought to free African Americans
from slavery,
(c) designed Reconstruction, a ten-year period of
unprecedented political power for African Americans,
(d) passed the
Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments to the U. S.
Constitution granting African Americans freedom, citizenship, and the
right to vote,
(e) passed the Civil Rights Acts of 1866 and 1875
granting African Americans protection from the Black Codes and
prohibiting racial discrimination in public accommodations,
(f) passed
the Civil Rights Act of 1957 and the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1965
granting African Americans protection from the Jim Crow laws,
(g)
established Affirmative Action programs to help African Americans
proper with Republican President Richard Nixon's 1969 Philadelphia Plan
that set the first goals and timetables and his 1972 Equal Employment
Opportunity Act that made Affirmative Action Programs the law of our
nation, and
(h) never sponsored or launched a program, passed laws, or
engaged in practices that resulted in the death of millions of African
Americans,
Whereas Brown vs. the Board of Education of Topeka
(a 1954 decision by Chief Justice Earl Warren who was appointed by
Republican President Dwight Eisenhower) was a landmark civil rights
case that was designed to overturn the racist practices that were
established by the Democratic Party,
Whereas after Democratic
President Franklin D. Roosevelt received the vote of African Americans,
he banned African American newspapers from the military shortly after
taking office because he was convinced the newspapers were communists,
Whereas
Democratic President John F. Kennedy voted against the 1957 Civil
Rights Law, opposed the 1963 March on Washington by Dr. Martin Luther
King, Jr., and was later criticized by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. for
ignoring civil rights issues.
Whereas Democratic President
John F. Kennedy authorized the FBI (supervised by his brother, Attorney
General Robert Kennedy) to investigate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on
suspicion of being a communist,
Whereas Democratic Senator
Robert Byrd of West Virginia, a former member of the Ku Klux Klan, made
a 14-hour filibuster speech in the Senate in June 1964 in an
unsuccessful effort to block passage of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and
was heralded in April 2004 by Democratic Senator Christopher Dodd as a
senator who would have been a great leader during the Civil War,
Whereas
when the 1964 Civil Rights Act came up for vote, Senator Al Gore, Sr.
and the rest of the Southern Democrats voted against the bill,
Whereas
in the House of Representatives only 61 percent of the Democrats voted
for the 1964 Civil Rights Act as compared to 80 percent of Republicans,
and in the Senate only 69 percent of the Democrats voted for the 1964
Civil Rights Act, compared to 82 percent of the Republicans,
Whereas
Democratic President Bill Clinton sent troops to Europe to protect the
citizens of Bosnia and Kosovo while allowing an estimated 800,000 black
Rwandans to be massacred in Africa, vetoed the welfare reform law twice
before signing it, and refused to comply with a court order to have
shipping companies develop an Affirmative Action Plan,
Whereas
Democratic presidential candidate Al Gore created harmful racial
division when he falsely claimed that the 2000 presidential election
was "stolen" from him and that African Americans in Florida were
disenfranchised, even though a second recount of Florida votes by the
"Miami Herald" and a consortium of major news organizations confirmed
that he lost the election, and a ruling by the U.S. Civil Rights
Commission declared that African Americans were not denied the right to
vote,
Whereas the Democratic Party's soft bigotry of low
expectations and social promotions have consigned African Americans to
economic bondage and created a culture of dependency on government
social programs,
Whereas the Democratic Party's use of
deception and fear to block welfare reform, the faith-based initiative
and school choice that would help African Americans prosper is
consistent with the Democratic Party's heritage of racism that included
sanctioning of slavery and kukluxery, a perversion of moral sentiment
among leaders of the Democratic Party whose racist legacy bode ill
until this generation of African Americans,
Now, therefore,
for the above and other documented atrocities and accumulated wrongs
inflicted upon African Americans, we demand a formal written apology
and other appropriate remuneration from the leadership of the
Democratic party.
DemoRATS
Barack Hussein Obama, Who has attended and funded, a so-called Christian church which preaches hatred and supports the Hamas terrorists. He is a racist who assumes he knows what the 'the typical white person' (aka whitey) thinks.
Hillary Rodham Clinton is a habitual liar (Bosnia, Northern Ireland, White House Diplomatic Experience, etc), who has taught her daughter to lie. Plus, she has had trouble raising funds since her Chinese fund raisers are in jail. She is a cold calculating liar, who will say or do anything to get elected.

Muslim Wal-Mart in Dearbon, MI
Wal-Mart has never before agreed to keep their prices HIGHER than the existing competition.
Wal-Mart was founded as a Christian business.
ALL Wal-Marts are closed on Christmas and Easter (and the employees do not receive holiday pay for Easter.)
********
Managers say they seek peace with the neighborhood's merchants -- and vow not to undercut them on Middle Eastern specialties. But
some experts and observers say Wal-Mart's well-planned launch in
Dearborn is bound to shake up the buying and selling in a community
that has long supported its own. Southeastern Michigan is home to an
estimated 300,000 people who trace their roots to the Middle East.
"I have not heard of anything this tailored. It's inspiring
to me as a shareholder," said Patricia Edwards, portfolio manager and
retail analyst in the Seattle office of San Francisco-based investment
manager Wentworth, Hauser & Violich, which has 537,000 shares of
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. stock.
The Dearborn store also sells Arabic music and plans to
offer Muslim greeting cards. But the modifications go beyond
merchandise: It has 35 employees who speak Arabic -- noted in Arabic
script on their badges. The store also has hired a local Arab-American
educator to teach the staff cultural sensitivity.
Tailoring the products to the local taste - is smart business.
Hiring employees who speak the languages used in the area - is smart business.
Being sensitive to other cultures - is smart business.
Agreeing to protect other businesses by charging higher prices - is against Wal-Mart policy and is possibly illegal. (WAL-MART -- Save Money. Live Better)
Tacoma War Protest
There were 50-75 anti's facing 150-200 Eagles (including 50 Patriot Guard Riders)
From KOMO TV
And this was from a one of the comments sent in about what happened in Tacoma:
" I was with the Support the Troops people today. What a
pathetic turnout the anti-military protesters had. They at best had 50
people, all college age punks, probably from Evergreen State Col the
most liberal campus on the west coast. The Support the Troops side had
at least 3 or 4 times their number, including about 25-30 of the
coolest leather clad bikers I ever saw. At The mall it was business as
usual, full of shoppers stimulating the economy with their hard earned
dollars. If the protesters goal was to interrupt commerce, they failed
miserably. They also failed to shut down the recruiting office. The
office they were in front of was closed anyway. The Army recruiter
around the corner of the building was open for business, and even gave
out donuts and coffee for the Support the Troops people. And for the
military being ordered to stay away? No Way! There were many many young
men walking around with military haircuts, many of who walked over and
thanked us for what we were doing, several even staying with us. Many
more of their families honked as they drove by our line of flags. And
the Police did a fantastic job keeping the ant-war goons confined to a
small area near the recruiting station, making sure they could not
block access to the opened office or cross onto Mall property. My
message the anti-military punks is this: Tacoma is a Military town, and
damn proud of them. Go protest some place else you losers.
Be sure to watch the King5 video on the link. The news did a fair job,
except when they said there was no real difference between the two
groups - That was BS. Few of them looked like normal decent people.
Many went for the anarchist look, with scarves over their faces and
black hooded sweater shirts, that sort of thing."
There are some loud fools who do not, and this fools are supported by the MSM.
but when push comes to shove - AMERICA SUPPORTS ITS TROOPS!

Geert Wilder's speech to Holland's Parliament
"Madam
Speaker, allow me, first, to express my sincere thanks to you
personally for having planned a debate on Islam on the very day of my
birthday. I could not have wished for a nicer present! Madam Speaker,
approximately 1400 years ago war was declared on us by an ideology of
hate and violence which arose at the time and was proclaimed by a
barbarian who called himself the Prophet Mohammed.
I am referring to Islam.
Madam
Speaker, let me start with the foundation of the Islamic faith, the
Koran. The Koran's core theme is about the duty of all Muslims to fight
non-Muslims; an Islamic Mein Kampf, in which fight means war, jihad.
The Koran is above all a book of war, a call to butcher non-Muslims
(2:191, 3:141, 4:91, 5:3), to roast them (4:56, 69:30-69:32), and to
cause bloodbaths amongst them (47:4). Jews are compared to monkeys and
pigs (2:65, 5:60, 7:166), while people who believe in Jesus Christ as
the Son of God must according to the Koran be fought (9:30).
Madam
Speaker, the West has no problems with Jews or Christians, but it does
have problems with Islam. It is still possible, even today, for Muslims
to view the Koran, which they regard as valid for all time, as a
licence to kill. And that is exactly what happens. The Koran is worded
in such a way that its instructions are addressed to Muslims for
eternity, which includes today's Muslims. This in contrast to texts in
the Bible, which is formulated as a number of historical narratives,
placing events in a distant past. Let us remind ourselves that it was
Muslims, not Jews or Christians, who committed the catastrophic
terrorist attacks in New York, Madrid and London; and that it was no
coincidence that Theo van Gogh was brutally murdered by a Muslim,
Mohammed Bouyeri.
Madam Speaker, I acknowledge that there are
people who call themselves Muslims and who respect our laws. My party,
the Freedom Party, has nothing against such people, of course. However,
the Koran does have something against them. For it is stated in the
Koran in Sura 2, verse 85, that those believers who do not believe in
everything the Koran states will be humiliated and receive the severest
punishment; which means that they will roast in Hell. In other words,
people who call themselves Muslims but who do not believe, for example,
in Sura 9, verse 30, which states that Jews and Christians must be
fought, or, for example, in Sura 5, verse 38, which states that the
hand of a thief must be cut off, such people will be humiliated and
roast in Hell. Note that it is not me who is making this up. All this
can be found in the Koran. The Koran also states that Muslims who
believe in only part of the Koran are in fact apostates, and we know
what has to happen to apostates. They have to be killed.
Madam
Speaker, the Koran is a book that incites to violence. I remind the
House that the distribution of such texts is unlawful according to
Article 132 of our Penal Code. In addition, the Koran incites to hatred
and calls for murder and mayhem. The distribution of such texts is made
punishable by Article 137(e). The Koran is therefore a highly dangerous
book; a book which is completely against our legal order and our
democratic institutions. In this light, it is an absolute necessity
that the Koran be banned for the defence and reinforcement of our
civilisation and our constitutional state. I shall propose a
second-reading motion to that effect.
Madam Speaker, there is no
such thing as "moderate Islam".... As Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan
said the other day, and I quote, "There is no moderate or immoderate
Islam. Islam is Islam and that's it".... Islam is in pursuit of
dominance. It wishes to exact its imperialist agenda by force on a
worldwide scale (8:39). This is clear from European history.
Fortunately, the first Islamic invasion of Europe was stopped at
Poitiers in 732; the second in Vienna in 1683. Madam Speaker, let us
ensure that the third Islamic invasion, which is currently in full
spate, will be stopped too in spite of its insidious nature and
notwithstanding the fact that, in contrast to the 8th and 17th
centuries, it has no need for an Islamic army because the scared
"dhimmis" in the West, also those in Dutch politics, have left their
doors wide open to Islam and Muslims.
Apart from conquest, Madam
Speaker, Islam is also bent on installing a totally different form of
law and order, namely Sharia law. This makes Islam, apart from a
religion for hundreds of millions of Muslims also, and in particular, a
political ideology (with political/constitutional/Islamic basic values,
etc). Islam is an ideology without any respect for others; not for
Christians, not for Jews, not for non-believers and not for apostates.
Islam aims to dominate, subject, kill and wage war.
Madam
Speaker, the Islamic incursion must be stopped. Islam is the Trojan
Horse in Europe. If we do not stop Islamification now, Eurabia and
Netherabia will just be a matter of time. One century ago, there were
approximately 50 Muslims in the Netherlands. Today, there are about 1
million Muslims in this country. Where will it end? We are heading for
the end of European and Dutch civilisation as we know it. Where is our
Prime Minister in all this? In reply to my questions in the House he
said, without batting an eyelid, that there is no question of our
country being Islamified. Now, this reply constituted a historical
error as soon as it was uttered. Very many Dutch citizens, Madam
Speaker, experience the presence of Islam around them. ntaAnd I can report
that they have had enough of burkas, headscarves, the ritual slaughter
of animals, so-called honour revenge, blaring minarets, female
circumcision, hymen restoration operations, abuse of homosexuals,
Turkish and Arabic on the buses and trains as well as on town hall
leaflets, halal meat at grocery shops and department stores, Sharia
exams, the Finance Minister's Sharia mortgages, and the enormous over
represetion of Muslims in the area of crime, including Moroccan
street terrorists.
In spite of all this, Madam Speaker, there is
hope. Fortunately. The majority of Dutch citizens have become fully
aware of the danger, and regard Islam as a threat to our culture. My
party, the Freedom Party, takes those citizens seriously and comes to
their defence.
Many Dutch citizens are fed up to the back teeth
and yearn for action. However, their representatives in The Hague are
doing precisely nothing. They are held back by fear, political
correctness or simply electoral motives. This is particularly clear in
the case of PvdA, the Dutch Labour Party, which is afraid of losing
Muslim voters. The Prime Minister said in Indonesia the other day that
Islam does not pose any danger. Minister Donner believes that Sharia
law should be capable of being introduced in the Netherlands if the
majority want it. Minister Vogelaar babbles about the future
Netherlands as a country with a Judeo-Christian-Islamic tradition, and
that she aims to help Islam take root in Dutch society. In saying this,
the Minister shows that she has obviously gone stark raving mad. She is
betraying Dutch culture and insulting Dutch citizens.
Madam
Speaker, my party, the Freedom Party, demands that Minister Vogelaar
retract her statement. If the Minister fails to do so, the Freedom
Party parliamentary group will withdraw its support for her. No Islamic
tradition must ever be established in the Netherlands: not now and also
not in a few centuries' time.
Madam Speaker, let me briefly
touch on the government's response to the WRR [Netherlands Scientific
Council for Government Policy] report. On page 12 of its response, the
government states that Islam is not contrary to democracy or human
rights. All I can say to that is that things can't get much more
idiotic than this.
Madam Speaker, it is a few minutes to twelve.
If we go on like this, Islam will herald the end of our Western
civilisation as well as Dutch culture.
I would like to round off
my first-reading contribution with a personal appeal to the Prime
Minister on behalf of a great many Dutch citizens: stop the
Islamification of the Netherlands!
Mr Balkenende, a historic
task rests on your shoulders. Be courageous. Do what many Dutch
citizens are screaming out for. Do what the country needs. Stop all
immigration from Muslim countries, ban all building of new mosques,
close all Islamic schools, ban burkas and the Koran. Expel all criminal
Muslims from the country, including those Moroccan street terrorists
that drive people mad. Accept your responsibility! Stop Islamification!
Enough is enough, Mr Balkenende. Enough is enough."

Religion of Peace, My Arse IV
An IDF soldier was killed
this morning and another was critically injured as palestinians
detonated an explosive device near an IDF Sufa jeep patrolling the area
near the Gaza Strip border, not far from the Kissufim crossing. When
other army vehicles, as well as an army helicopter arrived to rescue
the wounded, they also came under fire. Hamas and the Islamic Jihad
both claimed responsibility for the attack, with the latter even distributing candy.
Moslems celebrate Death.
Moslem Murdering Innocents, again
Statement from the Israel ambassador:
Today’s terrorist attack on a religious seminary in
Jerusalem, in which eight young students were murdered in cold blood by
a Palestinian terrorist, is a terrible reminder of the indiscriminate
and brutal terrorism Israel faces every day.The gunman, armed with an automatic assault rifle, heavy ammunition
and a bulletproof vest, infiltrated the crowded school library and
opened fire at students during religious study. The reaction in the West Bank and Gaza, including celebrations and
praise for the killer, is the result of ongoing and intensive
incitement to violence against innocent Israeli civilians. While continuing to pursue every opportunity for peace, Israel will
defend its citizens and take the necessary security measures to combat
terror. Be it rocket fire from Gaza or suicide attackers in Jerusalem,
Israel expects the international community to take a resolute and
determined stand against terror in all its forms.
