A rumor sez:
Obama will appoint Hillary Clinton to the Supreme Court.

This could be a good thing.

To keep his word (just pretend Obama keeps his word),
Obama dutifully submits her name,
but doesn't try too hard to get her confirmed,
and the Democrats who really don't like Hillary ...
allow the Republicans to kill her nomination.

She would then be twice defeated.
