Six Meat Buffet has started a third party.......A straight talking no nonsense party..

Insufferable Pricks Party

Ms American Spy

And the Grammy goes to; The Right Place for Ms American Spy

The chorus goes like this:

We were singing:
Don't cry, Ms. American Spy
We'll get Libby for his fibby
And then Cheney will fry
And that smirking chimp will finally wave us goodbye
Singin', this'll be the day donkeys fly
This'll be the day donkeys fly

Status of Terror in Iraq

Bleak

From a document found in the rubble of the 'safe house' in Iraq. Z-man discovered how unsafe he was last week.

In general and despite the current bleak situation, we think that the best suggestions in order to get out of this crisis is to entangle the American forces into another war against another country or with another of our enemy force, that is to try and inflame the situation between American and Iraq or between America and the Shi'a in general.

Specifically the Sistani Shi'a, since most of the support that the Americans are getting is from the Sistani Shi'a, then, there is a possibility to instill differences between them and to weaken the support line between them; in addition to the losses we can inflict on both parties. Consequently, to embroil America in another war against another enemy is the answer that we find to be the most appropriate, and to have a war through a delegate has the following benefits:

The document continues:

The resistance fighters have learned from the result and the great benefits they reaped, when a struggle ensued between the Americans and the Army of Al-Mahdi. However, we have to notice that this trouble or this delegated war that must be ignited can be accomplished through:

1. A war between the Shi'a and the Americans.

2. A war between the Shi'a and the secular population (such as Ayad 'Alawi and al-Jalabi.)

3. A war between the Shi'a and the Kurds.

4. A war between Ahmad al-Halabi and his people and Ayad 'Alawi and his people.

5. A war between the group of al-Hakim and the group of al-Sadr.

6. A war between the Shi'a of Iraq and the Sunni of the Arab countries in the gulf.

7. A war between the Americans and Iraq. We have noticed that the best of these wars to be ignited is the one between the Americans and Iran,

The question remains, how to draw the Americans into fighting a war against Iran? It is not known whether American is serious in its animosity towards Iraq, because of the big support Iran is offering to America in its war in Afghanistan and in Iraq. Hence, it is necessary first to exaggerate the Iranian danger and to convince America and the west in general, of the real danger coming from Iran, and this would be done by the following:

"because of the big support Iran is offering to America in its war in Afghanistan and in Iraq. " (emphasis mine)

Iran helping in the war on terror????

So, even with Z-man, the terrorists were in deep trouble. And we interrupted a planning meeting. How dare the US stop a revival of terrorism!!

It has been a very good week at the "office" for the troops in Iraq.

Marines guilty again without trial

7 seven Marines and 1 Navy Corpsman are being held in pre-trial confinement. Solitary confinement.

The press, of course, has already convicted them. The investigation is not yet complete. No charges have been filed.

Innocent until proven guilty? Justice for all? Benefit of the doubt? These are apparently foreign concepts when it comes to Americans in uniform being held on American soil. Perhaps if our troops proclaimed themselves "conscientious objectors" and converted to Islam, they might start getting some sympathy.

It seems that the Marines have no legal rights since Rep. Murtha declared a different set of Marines guilty at Haditha - still waiting for that investigation to be completed.

This is a disgusting way to treat those who risk their lives to provide freedom.

Song of the Day

The lyrics from Michael in MI via Uncle Jimbo

Hadji Girl

I was out in the sands of Iraq
And we were under attack
And I, well, I didn't know where to go.
And the first think I could see was
Everybody's favorite Burger King
So I threw open the door and I hit the floor.
Then suddenly to my surprise
I looked up and I saw her eyes
And I knew it was love at first sight.
And she said

Durka Durka Mohammed Jihad
Sherpa Sherpa Bak Allah
Hadji girl I can't understand what you're saying.
And she said
Durka Durka Mohammed Jihad
Sherpa Sherpa Bak Allah
Hadji girl I love you anyway.

Then she said that she wanted me to see.
She wanted me to meet her family
But I, well, I couldn't figure out how to say no.
Cause I don't speak Arabic.
So, she took me down an old dirt trail.
And she pulled up to a side shanty
And she threw open the door and I hit the floor.
Cause her brother and her father shouted

Durka Durka Mohammed Jihad
Sherpa Sherpa Bak Allah
They pulled out their AKs so I could see
And they said
Durka Durka Mohammed Jihad
Sherpa Sherpa Bak Allah

So I grabbed her little sister and pulled her in front of me.
As the bullets began to fly
The blood sprayed from between her eyes
And then I laughed maniacally
Then I hid behind the TV
And I locked and loaded my M-16
And I blew those little f***ers to eternity.
And I said

Durka Durka Mohammed Jihad
Sherpa Sherpa Bak Allah
They should have known they were f***ing with a Marine

Normally, I don't do rap...but I will make an exception in this case.

Harry Potter Battle Continues

from the AJC.com

The battle over Harry Potter continues.

The Loganville mother who asked the Gwinnett County school board to banish the books has appealed to the state the board's decision to let the books stay in school libraries.

The board voted last month to keep the popular series about the young wizard, saying the books had merit and encouraged students to read. Superintendent J. Alvin Wilbanks told board members Monday he received the appeal notice from the parent, Laura Mallory.

The school system received Mallory's letter late Friday asking that the matter be referred to the state Board of Education, district spokeswoman Sloan Roach said. Wilbanks has 10 days to submit a copy of the letter along with other related documents to the state, she said. Roach did not know when the state would take up the issue.

Any book which draws 1000's of middle school boys into bookstores at midnight in the middle of summer - is a good thing.

Harry Potter teaches doing the right thing vs the easy thing. Doing good not evil. Being loyal to your friends.

The witchcraft and wizardary is all background - simply the setting for this fantasy series. Kids know it is make-believe.

Palestinian Landmine on the Beach

The Israeli Defense Force believes that the explosion that killed seven members of a Palestinian family on a Gaza beach did not come from Israeli guns. After analyzing the shrapnel taken from the bodies of the dead and reviewing the records of their assault on the Palestinian firing position, the IDF suspects that the explosion came from a buried device meant to discourage an Israeli invasion:

But of course the world's press is blaming the Israeli Army..Because the Palestinians never target children. And the World's media is never going to listen to or read the report from the Israeli Army.

The summary by Captain Ed is directly to the point.

Even if it turns out to be an errant IDF shell, we need to remember that the Israelis do not target civilians for attack as a matter of policy, while their enemies do. Their enemies hide among civilians before, during, and after their attacks in order to goad the IDF into taking shots that might kill civilians. The entire theme of outrage from Hamas in this regard is nothing short of laughable. They endorsed the bombing of a falafel stand in Tel Aviv that killed three times as many Israeli civilians two months ago.

English Only

PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - A civil rights watchdog agency opened an investigation on Monday into a Philadelphia cheese steak restaurant that posted a sign saying "This is America - when ordering, speak English."

The Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations complaint effectively opens a case against Geno's Steaks of South Philadelphia, said Rachel Lawton, acting executive director of the agency.

The Philadelphia controversy has fed a national debate over immigration in which the U.S. Senate passed a bill that would declare English the national language and politicians have raised objections to a Spanish version of the national anthem.

The sign may violate the city's Fair Practices Ordinance, which bans businesses from discriminating on the basis of nationality or ethnicity, Lawton said.

"The complaint will say that the sign discourages patronage by non-English speakers because of their national origin and/or ancestry," Lawton, whose agency enforces the city's anti-discrimination laws, said before the official filing.

So I guess business will be forced to use all languages, that a private business will be forced to hire translators.

Because some people are too lazy to even attempt to learn to English after they move here.

Military crimes

Haditha vs Desertion

The case against 1st LT. Ehren Watada is cut and dried.
He did not obey his orders to deploy with his unit to Iraq.
His failure to travel with his unit combined with his public statements, should get him a date with a General Courts Martial.
He is guilty of violating several articles of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, by simply missing the flight to Iraq, the question is how serious were these violations.
I hope the Army does not allow him to resign in lieu of courts-martial.

The case in Haditha is not cut and dried.
The Iraqi doctor said one thing in the autopsy report.
The Marines have stated a different thing.
The Iraqi civilians did not make a fuss about this incident until Rep Murhta convicted them without an investigation.
The Navy has criminal investigators working the case.
The Marines are investigating the reporting by the commanders involved.
The 'leaks' from each of these sources indicate conflicting stories.
Time has posted several corrections to its story..mostly related to the source of the story, who was grossly misidentified in the original reports.
I'll wait for the investigations to be completed. I'll allow the Marines their 'due process' even if rep. Murtha will not.
