May Day

Tomorrow, 5/1/06, many Latinos will join a work stoppage to protest immigration reform. As long as the protest is peaceful, I will defend their right as granted by

Amendment I to United States Constitution

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Now, some will argue that this does not apply to the illegal immigrants. But, with emphasis on peaceful, I would extend this right to them.

Since, our government does not have the will to exercise control of our borders. These illegals are here to stay.

Build the wall on the southern border..

deport the criminals..

enforce the legal immigration laws..

eliminate the 'birthright citizenship'.

A quick way to make this happen, require that all INS employees be legal immigrants or the children of legal immigrants.

May Day - the Communist/Socialists holiday

Will Cinco de Mayo be happy or sad?
