Idiot Candidate: Ron Paul

Ron Paul thought that a Republican crowd would buy that the United States is to blame for 9/11....idiot.

Jimmy Carter, failed to respond to the taking of 44 hostages, and sat dumbstruck for 444 days...

Ronald Reagan got those hostages freed, by threatening Iran before he took office. Correction: It was not a threat, it was a promise to level Iran if the hostages were not freed.

Ronald Reagan, failed by protecting Yassar Arafat, and by a weak response to the bombing of the Marines.

Bill Clinton, responded weakly to all threats.

But those failures do not make the US responsible for 9/11.

The Islamic Fascists under Osama are responsible. George W Bush acted properly in Afganistan and Iraq.

Ron Paul is stupid to say otherwise, especially in front of Republicans.

I think you must have bumped your head when you were a child and now you are unable to recognize an honest, brilliant, and, most importantly, correct man. If you plan to support Giuliani, may god have mercy on your ignorant soul.

First, Dr. Paul NEVER blamed America for the attacks. He merely reiterated what the 9-11 Commission reported: that our presence in the Middle East was a contributing factor to the attacks. That is reality, and it doesn't matter whether we like it or not. Dr. Paul isn't trying to justify the attacks in any way, and in fact fully supported the immediate move into Afghanistan. He still supports the tracking of bin Laden. He simply believes that Iraq has been a distraction from our real efforts to weaken the terrorists.

By the way, all these other pro-war Republicans may be able to get the nomination, but they won't stand much of a chance in the general election unless they're up against the universally disliked Hillary. Ron Paul, on the other hand, may be able to hold his own against even a stronger Democrat. Something to think about.

That dumbass Carter. He should have negotiated with Iran like Reagan. All Carter had to do was unfreeze Iranian assets that he had frozen. After we had done that Iran became friends with us and we shared weapons with them. But Clinton had to screw it all up somehow.

Here's a quote for you:

"Ron Paul is one of the outstanding leaders fighting for a stronger national defense. As a former Air Force officer, he knows well the needs of our armed forces, and he always puts them first. We need to keep him fighting for our country!"

Guess who said it.

I'll tell you: Ronald Reagan.

Ron Paul voted FOR going after in Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan because he was FOR punishing the people who attacked us on 9/11. He voted AGAINST Iraq because it didn't have jack shit to do with 9/11 or pose any threat to us.

In other words, Ron Paul is STRONG on national defense, because he stands up for us when we are attacked, but is smart enough to understand that we shouldn't go around attacking people who didn't do anything to us because it only pisses everybody off and makes them want to attack us more.

As for Fred Thompson, he didn't do jack shit in Washington, except take bribes from corrupt, leftist Haitian dictator Jean-Bertrand Aristide in order to lobby Clinton to use US troops to put him back in power (it worked). Oh, yeah, he also voted for all kinds of gun-control measures, supported Roe vs. Wade, and stated that he believes all abortions should be legal for any reason as long as it's in the first tri-mester.

Fred Thompson is NOT a conservative, even though he plays one on TV.

Ron Paul is an idiot.

He's not for a strong military.
He has consistantly voted against funding the troops in the field. He wants to return to the good old days of the toothless military of the 20's and 30's.
He wants to "farm out" military action through letters of marque AKA state sponsored piracy. Can you imagine the "blowback" from that policy?

And Skip, yes your hero Ron Paul did say that 9/11 was our fault by saying that it was caused by our policies for the past 50 years.

Ron Paul is a conspiracy nut who wants to team up with Dennis Kucinich to have ANOTHER investigation into 9/11. He's supported by people who are nuttier than a fruit cake such as Alex Jones and Michael Rivero...Both of which say that 9/11 was an inside job.

Who am I gonna believe, Ronald Reagan or "Jeff C"?

It's a tough one, but I'm gonna have to go with Reagan on this one.

I can't believe you still really think that Bush acted properly by invading Iraq. It frightens me to think that we live in a country full of ignorant people like you. Iraq was in no way the right decision and the majority of republicans even concede that now. I think Ron Paul is crazy, but I also think that you are crazier and I hope you are not planning on spreading your seed. Let me guess:

You live in a small town, you love Nickelback, Nascar, WWE, and the bible is the only book that you need...even though you've never read the Old Testmant apart from the 1st few chapters of Genesis.

You claim to love and support freedon and it advocates, you should read this article (link below) and consider the quote after it before you file Ron Paul on the anti-liberty/freedom pile with the other 2008 presidential cantidates.

Dude all of you are idiots the other two people are right that ron paul is an idiot. He wants to build bigger borders and every he said was a lie.

Ron Paul is a whackjob, and he'd be easy pickins for any Democrat candidate. Sure, the Dems wouldn't be able to beat him up on the war, but they'd point out his extreme positions on domestic issues. The guy is a nutcase who wants to dismantle the federal government. He wants to get rid of the FDA, EPA, FBI, CIA, etc. He's a kook, and his longing to go back to the gold standard is laughed at by most economists. The last poster is an idiot; immigration is one issue on which Paul is correct. However, Paul's still a nutcase, and he's been totally rejected by the voters.

I don't care what Reagan said about Ron Paul two decades ago. The Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans give Paul an "F" rating (which means that he believes in shitting on the military in general and the people who have served in the past).

Anyone that says Ron Paul is crazy is fooling themselves and is the reason our country is in for a very long period of very hard times and this may even be the end of the country as we know it. Do you realize that when The Two Liars fight over who they are going to tax more or less, they aren't talking about making anything better? They are just figuring out who they are going to steal from less. Anyone that doesn't see this as political pandering has no business even discussing Ron Paul. If you don't understand what Ron Paul is saying, it's not because he's crazy, it's because you're not smart enough. Listen, I don't even like Ron Paul's stance on Pro-Life or Anti-Gay Marriage, but he admits that these issues are not even in the domain of the Presidency or the United States Government, so they should not take a stand against or for them other than their personal opinion, which only counts as much as yours and mine. He is for personal liberty. That is why we are here, not because we want to eat Big Macs and own big SUVs. At least that's why I'm here. Neo-Cons have completely taken over and destroyed the Republican Party. Abraham Lincoln was a goddamn Republican! Guess what he believed in. Personal Liberty for Everyone! I hate stupid people. Peace out!

P.S. I'm only anonymous cause I'm too lazy to create a Google Blogger account.
