Who is to blame, for terror attacks?
The Victim, ie The United Kingdom, or The United States.
or
The Terrorist, ie Islamic militants.
The Terrorists and their supporters, both the active supporters and the useful idiots who help protect the terrorists, they are to blame for terror attacks.
The mass murders are to blame for the bloodshed.
A mature, intelligent person can find or create ways to peacefully protest government policies.
But maturity does exist amongst the Islamists.
Islam is a Death Cult.
