It reads like a plot from '24'. 

Let your security forces hasten the day, or we kill you on our schedule or we choose to let you live and you will never know of the arrangements.

The internet the last resort of terrorists, we can not mount an operation from afar, let's recruit from within your borders.

 

I trust that the professionals are investigating this threat. I trust that they will prevent the attacks.
