LOS ANGELES -- A federal judge temporarily barred the Navy on Monday from using a type of sonar that may harm whales and other marine mammals.
Okay, the local tv station does not know the difference between Radar and Sonar.
The AP has it right, sonar may bother whales.
Radar can only affect whales when they are out of water.
