Early Halloween Fright - Democratic Congress

Rep Pelosi dreaming of being Speaker - has announced her 100 hour plan.

First note the short attention span - 100 hours, not 100 days, 100 hours.

Now note the contradiction:

Time remaining until 100 hours: Raise the minimum wage to $7.25 an hour, maybe in one step.
........
"We believe in the marketplace," Pelosi said of Democrats, then drew a contrast with Republicans. "They have only rewarded wealth, not work."

If the Democrats truly believed in the marketplace, they would repeal the minimum wage and allow the market to set the wages...instead of dictating the wage by government jackboots.
