Lack of timely action on Foley. by all. Former Rep. Foley should have been confronted and forced to resign by the House leadership a long time ago.

Lack of Immigration Control/no Border Control. by all.

Failure to stop leaks. President Bush.

Failure to get coverage of the positive actions completed by our troops in Iraq and Afganistan. SecDef.

Failure to control spending. by all.

Failure to get judges confirmed. by Republican Senators.

B U T

Democrats in power would be worse.

If the Republicans maintain control of the House, but lose control of the Senate...might be a better situation in Washington, DC.

and it would set-up a Republican victory in 2008.
