Congressman-elect Ellison (D-MN) intends to use a Koran for his swearing-in ceremony. He is a Muslim, the Koran is his holiest book.
Okay, fine, no big deal.
So long as Congress Ellison upholds his duty to "Protect and defend the constitution, from all enemies foreign and domestic".
